IDPP JOURNAL ISSUES 2017 -2018

It is too often assumed that the individual DPO, etc., wants to know about the whole A-Z of particular issues or new laws, whereas certain issues and certain sections may be applicable and some may not. The issues facing a DPO, etc., in the medical sector may be quite different from those of a DPO, etc., in the retail sector. These respective sectors are also somewhat generic and can each be differentiated into many individual sub-sectors which will have their own nuances in dealing with data protection and privacy.

The journal, therefore, aims to address issues specifically from the focus of the Data Protection Officer, Privacy Officer and or Privacy Counsel
